HourKeep 是个人班次记录和税前工资估算工具，提供工作与工资规则、手动班次、实时计时、日历、工资周期汇总、加班和补贴估算、工资单核对、导出、提醒、Widget 与 Live Activity。当前版本的数据仅保存在当前设备。

HourKeep is a personal shift-recording and gross-pay estimation tool. Features include job and pay rules, shifts, live timing, calendars, pay-period summaries, overtime and allowance estimates, paycheck review, exports, reminders, widgets, and Live Activities. Data stays on the current device.

估算性质Nature of estimates

计算结果取决于你输入的时薪、币种、工资周期、时区、工作周、班次、休息、加班和补贴规则。HourKeep 不是雇主工资系统，不计算税费、法定扣款或汇率，也不提供税务、会计、劳动或法律建议。你应以雇主正式工资单及专业意见为准，并在依赖、导出或沟通前复核结果。

Results depend on the rates, currency, pay period, time zone, work week, shifts, breaks, overtime, and allowances you enter. HourKeep is not an employer payroll system and does not provide tax, accounting, employment, or legal advice. Verify results against official payroll and qualified advice.

使用规则与数据责任Use rules and data responsibility

你应合法使用 HourKeep，不得绕过购买或安全控制、干扰服务、逆向获取受保护内容或侵害他人权益。你负责准确录入信息、保护设备和 Apple 账户、管理分享接收方，并对需要长期保留的数据自行导出或备份。

Use HourKeep lawfully. Do not bypass purchase or security controls, disrupt services, extract protected content, or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for accurate input, device and Apple Account security, sharing recipients, and independent exports or backups.

免费功能、订阅与终身购买Free features, subscriptions, and lifetime purchase

HourKeep 可提供免费功能、月度与年度自动续期订阅以及终身一次性购买。实际产品、试用（如有）、价格、币种和税费以 App Store 确认页面为准。月度和年度方案会自动续期，除非你在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前通过 Apple 取消；终身购买只收费一次，不自动续期。

Apple 处理付款、续期、取消、退款和购买恢复。你可用购买时的 Apple 账户在 App 内“恢复购买”或前往 App Store 订阅管理。终身购买适用于购买页面明确列出的当前权益，不保证包含所有未来独立产品；强制性消费者权利不受影响。

Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A lifetime purchase is charged once. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

隐私与第三方服务Privacy and third-party services

信息处理见《HourKeep 隐私政策》。App 使用 Apple 的 SwiftData、StoreKit、通知、WidgetKit、ActivityKit 与系统分享能力，相应服务适用 Apple 规则。HourKeep 不会索取 Apple ID 密码或验证码。

See the HourKeep Privacy Policy for data practices. Apple system services used by the app are governed by Apple’s rules. HourKeep will never ask for your Apple ID password or verification code.

本地存储、导出与数据可用性Local storage, exports, and data availability

当前版本不提供云端同步或设备间自动迁移。卸载 App、抹掉设备、设备损坏或存储故障可能导致本地记录无法恢复，且卸载不会自动取消订阅。重要记录应在删除、重装或更换设备前导出，并确认文件已保存且可以读取。

This version does not provide cloud sync or automatic device-to-device migration. Export and verify important records before deletion, reinstallation, or changing devices.

服务变更与停止Service changes and discontinuation

开发者可能因法律、平台、安全、兼容性或产品规划更新、调整、暂停或停止功能，并在合理可行时告知。第三方服务中断、设备损坏、存储空间不足或不受支持的环境可能影响可用性。法律禁止排除的责任和消费者权利不受本协议限制。

Features may be updated, adjusted, suspended, or discontinued for legal, platform, security, compatibility, or product reasons. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

未成年人Minors

HourKeep 并非专门面向不满 14 周岁的儿童。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用工作、购买、同步和分享功能，并遵守当地劳动、隐私和消费者保护规则。

HourKeep is not directed specifically to children under 14. Minors should use work, purchase, sync, and sharing features with a parent or guardian and follow applicable local rules.

法律与争议Law and disputes

本协议适用开发者所在地的适用法律；消费者保护及争议管辖的强制规定不受影响。请先通过支持邮箱协商，也可依法使用有管辖权的法院或法定争议程序。部分条款无效不影响其余条款。

Applicable law at the developer’s location governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules. Please contact support first; lawful courts and statutory dispute processes remain available.

更新与联系Changes and contact

开发者可更新本协议并同步修改生效日期。若变更对你的权利产生重大影响，将在合理可行且法律要求时提供通知。有关条款或服务的问题，请联系开发者。

These terms may be updated with a revised effective date. Notice of material changes will be provided when reasonably practicable and legally required.
